On Friday the 3rd May the count for the Manfield Mayoral and Mansfield District Council elections took place. It was a very succesfful day for Mansfield Conservatives showing everybody in the association that the hard work of our volunteers is valued by the people of Mansfield. The first success came with the news that we had doubled the vote share, as a percentage, from the last election; showing very good growth in the Conservative vote in Mansfield. The good news kept coming for Mansfield Conservatives as we managed to secure two district councillors, our best result since 2003. Big congratulations to Sinead and Lee Anderson on being elected and a big thank you to all our volunteers, your hard work is invaluable. Also a big thank you to all Mansfield residents who voted Conservative.
